Nike Mercurial Superfly IV ‘Tech Craft’

When the Nike Mercurial Superfly IV was originally released it caused a real stir in the football world. Featuring that unique dynamic fit collar, it faired better than it’s Magista brother in terms of professional players adopting its new design. Many Magista wearing players are using the Opus rather than the collared Obra, but not so with the Superfly. Nike revolutionised the world of speed boots and crated a successful design that players loved. But they haven’t stopped there. In order to cater to a more traditional audience who may well feel left out when it comes to modern boots, Nike have wrapped their ground breaking boot in a layer of thin leather in order to give a soft touch and traditional feel.

They have used the Hyper Pink colourway from the current Lightning Storm pack and wrapped a black leather around the upper, leaving the dynanic fit collar intact to give players the best of both worlds. Alexis Sanchez has already been spotted in the new boots, and they are released alongside Tech Craft versions of the Magista, Hypervenom II and Tiempo as Nike updates it’s whole line up.
